Loan refund from school...

Hello,

I will receive approximately $4500 (loan money) from my school (I'm a graduate student) next week. I have met with a lawyer last month and I will meet with the trustee on June 14.

By the time, I pay for rent for the next two months and my car note. I may have about $2k left by the time I meet with the trustee. I have no assets, and I reaffirmed my car (the only debt I'm keeping).

How does the money affect my meeting with the trustee?

Will it be a cause for dismissal?

I am confused. Your title says that this money is a 'refund'. In the body of your post, you say this is a 'loan'. Is this money a refund to you of part of a student loan you had? We really need a little more info and clarity before anyone can answer.
