Getting sued .... court in the am :( Suggestions ???

Capital One is coming after me .... I have court in the am. I plan to file ch7, but I don't have the money at this time to do so. A friend advised me to make a payment arrangement, and avoid garnishment. I cannot afford very much of a payment so I don't know what kind of arrangement we can come up with. I am the only income in the home, and we have 4 kids. I make about $28k/yr. I cannot handle any more hands in my paycheck.

Any advice will be much appreciated. TIA
