Colorado Discharge

Curious to know how long it normally takes to get discharge posted on pacer. My last day for objections was March 12th.. my 341 was Jan 10. Everything is still showing "awaiting discharge" on pacer.

I know for all intents and purposes it is over but I still would like to see it in writing and am tired of checking.. :-)

Could I wait 3 months for this to happen or is it normally just days after the date for objections?

My 341 was 2/24, yet it was entered into PACER 3/1....and shows my 60 days starting 3/1! says, today is day 21 (in actuallity its day 26) feel like i got cheated 5 days of waiting for nothing....go fig.

My day 60 was March 14 and i have not seen anything in Pacer, I am also a asset case (tax return $450).

Well I ended up calling the Bankruptcy court clerk(in CO) and she was pretty *****y actually. She told me that it would be 4-5 months to get the discharge from when I filed (Dec). I said "but for all intents and purposes, it is over, I'm just waiting for the discharge?" She replied "It isn't over and won't be until you have the discharge paper in your hand, things could change next hour." I suppose they get really tired of the calls.. ah well.. so I'll just keep checking Pacer.

Hopefully it was just a clerk on a bad day. We didn't call, but when we went in they were nice and helpful.

For us, took 92 days past the 341 for the discharge to hit PACER, the waiting drove me nuts and I had to force myself to not check PACER everyday!!
