Question about new information i saw on PACER

I got my chapter 7 discharge on 1/13/2011

on 1/18/2011 there was claim activity by toyota and it switched my secured loan that was included and created an Unsecured claimed amount $19143.42 and it was filed by the creditor.

then on 2/01/2011 it says
"In accordance with Administrative order 11-03 dated 1/27/11, this case is hearby reassigned from judge Thomas B. Donovan to judge scott C Clarkson"

Why after a discharge would a creditor file a claim?
and why would my judge change after?

The judge switch is normal, just balancing out the court workload.

Toyota switching from secured to unsecured is totally off the wall....

The only thing I can fathom is you were an asset case, didn't reaffirm the car loan; Toyota thinks they can get more in the BK estate distribution than they can be repossessing the car.

And what happens the car? Do you get to keep it or do they still have a claim on it?
