Was supose to be discharged on 12/06 and I look on Pacer and see a posting that the bank signed the refirm aggreement 12/08 and it was posted on pacer on 12/10.As of today still not discharged, what's up with that, I throught refirm agreements had to clear before the discharge date?

The reaffirmation is probably just coincidental. You're just a few days off. I wouldn't worry right now, as the courts are backed up and between Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years, things slow down even more. If you haven't heard anything or seen anything on PACER by the second week in January, then call the courthouse and talk to your caseworker. In our case, our Discharge was held up by the lack of a copy of our Marriage License in our file. We had the copy with us as instructed, at our 341, but the trustee said he didn't need it. Well, it WAS needed.
BTW we are Middle District Jacksonville. Which District are you?"To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

Don't sweat it. Remember, 60 days from the ยง 341 is not the date that you're supposed to be discharged. Rather, it is the deadline for creditors to object to your discharge. That's the earliest that your discharge can be granted -- after the deadline for objections has run. It's not unusual for things to take longer than that even when things are not backed up.Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.
