One creditor showed up to someone's when we were there. It seemed pretty painless though. The creditor just had a few questions for the lady. Otherwise, there were none.

Will do, we have our meeting in hour and half, we will see what happens. I think we will be fine, I on here trying to find out if we need anything else or what to expect. I guess this is the next step in getting the discharge and moving forward. I will let everyone know how I make out. What do we call the trustee? SIR

Okay all done, no issues besides he did say the case is going to be open until we get our tax returns, last year we got 13K back and he is a little concerned. We will get discharge in 60 days he said but if our tax return is over 5500 we need to give him the rest. So we are good to go. What should I do now? Start cleaning up my credit report?

Don't worry about the credit report until after discharge, for now relax and get a good nights sleep...

great news about the meeting....glad it all went well..

it was also nice that the trustee capped the refund!! that's a bit of good news so if you are under the 5500 you get to keep it!! that would be nice.
