    Questions

Here is our sitution we had the american dream and we both lost our jobs. Two years later we live in the midwest and we help on my FIL farm. We filed for Ch 7. and we had our 341 meeting on the 29th of October. So I understand we now just sit and wait. But I'm one car payment away from paying off my car (which has been a struggle). We have not gotten ANY bills (cars, student loans). Do we make payments? Do we wait to get something? And how does reaffermation work? Do we get that while we wait or after the discharge?
    Thanks for reading.

Yes, you absolutely DO need to make your final car payment while you're waiting for your discharge.

I had to call my lender and find out exactly where to mail my car payments. Try to take care of this asap.

I chose to sell my car because I had more than the $3K equity allowed in Missouri for a car. I used the proceeds to pay attorney fees for BK7 and to live off of.
