    yippee!!

ART! Congrats! me too - Feb 14th but got letter today (I guess we both have nice attorney. I liked mine VERY much

Callie and Minny - I filed 10/17, hearing was 11/15 and discharged 2/14/06. I expected it to be done 1/12/06. Checked with PACER on 1/21 and it was still open. I did do a reaffirmation which may have held it up, but I was never really too worried that MBNA might fight any of my measley little debt (measley to them - HUGE to me!!

Callie, you'll be catching up anyday!!

          Feelin' great!

Oh my, what a feeling. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. LOL......since I'm at work, I had to keep my composure for a few minutes until I got outside in the parking lot and did my little happy dance.....LOL! Right now, I'm so excited that I'm shaking. I have a huge smile on my face. I'm as happy as a little kid in a candy store and I don't have a care in the world. It's Miller Time tonight.

Congrats, BassBoy and to all of us who have been discharged within the recent past. Yes, it certainly is a big weight off the shoulders.
Now, If I just has a couple credit cards so I could celebrate in style and run them up with un-needed charges! (Not!)
It still is painful to be liveing on less than 1/2 of what I was making 13 months ago and I am unsure what the future will hold financially, but that is life and that is what faith is for.
