I had been riding a 280 dollar check advance for ohh 9 months. cost me about 850 bucks a month in fees. SO I figured since I was renewing every month and all they could do was sue me(indiana has some law about arresting someone for a check you know is bad) and since I was filing it was worthless to do that.
Well the corp office called and offered for me to make payments. This was the end of july. I forgot and missed the aug payment. Well they called and told me if they did not get a payment they would file suit
I offered the 25 dollar payment to avoid going to court. She said I would now need to do 40 and have it out before friday)payday).
Can I or should I go ahead and pay it or atleast the first payment?
i will be filing late sept probably the 24th or so not sure yet. So I doubt they could get me in court before I file.
Or is this not dischargeable?
