If a reaffirmation agreement was received by a bankruptcy court after the notice of discharge was entered would it effect the validity of the reaffirmation agreement or the court's acceptance of the agreement. There seems to have been some paperwork problems with one of my creditors which has delayed the completion of this agreement

reaffirm usually bad idea
Hi ben, reaffirming is usually a bad idea. Your debt is now discharged; you are not legally liable for the debt. Many places, many companies will let you continue your payments and as long as you stay current they do not foreclose/repossess. This is usually the best solution; things go sour in the future you are not on the hook for the debt.
Not my advice, but you can always enter into an agreement with a lender, post-discharge, no court approval needed. Probably best to have a good attorney or other impartial financial advisor look it over first.....
btw, what are you trying to reaffirm?
