6 Months Past Income - Question on Filing Date

Scenario:

- I get paid 2x month - on the 15th and the last day of the month
- I get paid salary and commissions
- If I file on August 20 (as an example) - does the court see my last 6 months income as noted on:

A - My paystubs from Feb 15-Jul 31 (which is my monthly income for Feb-Jul)

B - My paystubs from Feb 28-Aug 15 (which is my true/actual last 6 months of income)

I realize for most people the numbers are the same. In my case they are not and it makes a difference.

I've got the same thing going on. They look at the PREVIOUS 6 months from the date you are filing.
