I have been reading and learning for sometime in preparation for filing ch 7. Today in some research I was reading PA exemptions. I have the choice to use PA or Federal. But I believe I could also take only some federal.
Here's my question........I have no regular income but do get a pension from the state as a civil service employee. Now under federal..........that pension would be exempt..........so the stupid question I have is............do I then have no income.......I know that sounds dumb but it is listed as a exemption for federal.
Can anyone help answer????
