I thought that the creditors STILL only have until day 60 to object?

i think only the TT gets the extension because only the TT asked for it. i don't think other creditors get extra time without requesting anything. but i am not sure.

That's the impression I was under. So now I will just wait for requests for documents. I would have thought that I would have been sent a letter a day or two after this extension was granted asking for info. But nothing (which is good). But I can't sit around all summer and wait. My wife and I drive pilot cars for oversize loads and are gone for 4-8 weeks at a time so we don't see our mail for that long. The TT was made aware of this at our 341 meeting (because she did not know what that was). Just wish this was over!

maybe your expected absence was the reason they asked for such a long extension. it totally sucks though.

I think the TT is just slow about what she does. Example: she knew we had Tax refund coming on 4/19 but did not make it an asset case until 5/18. It also took her 12 days to deposit my check for the tax refund.

From the time of the continued 341 until the 19th of May she requested nothing and nothing posted on PACER for 30 days. She had not even marked our 341 as "Satisfied".

This is really going to screw up our work schedule. Oh, well , then we will be really, really, really broke (just kidding!)! One would think that if she knows that she wants more info bad enough to file for an extension, then she would have also sent a letter requesting additional info.
