My husband went to his 341 meeting, and the trustee said he would be discharged in 60 days.
He did ask about why the case was filed in State A, but then said it didn't make a difference and that they would process it in State A.
It did not make a difference because (a) the debts were incurred in State A; (b) no creditors objected; (c) we owned a house in State A until it was sold at a foreclosure sale at the end of January.
He also wanted to know why we moved, and accepted the high cost of living in State A as the reason (heck, he knows that!).
So we got lucky, thank God.
