Wow, I must say I never thought that I would be saying that. Does this mean that I don't need to anticipate any surprises? My attorney also mentioned something about waiting 120 days - is that 120 days from now or from the date of filing? I don't ever remember coming across that number in my year's worth of reading.
It's funny, but I guess everyone thinks their case is in some way unique enough to warrant unwanted attention from the trustee. I had a little equity in my home and car, am expecting a $400 tax refund, and on the day I filed had around $600 in the bank. None of this was exempt, and I was sure the trustee would want something. I'm not complaining - it's just that I can't believe he didn't want to pursue any assets. Maybe I'm just lucky that the courts are really busy right now and maybe it didn't hurt that my trustee was a newbie?
