    Discharge v. Closed and Property

I received my discharge document dated 3/24/2010 stating I received a discharge under section 727 of title 11 (Chapter 7 bankruptcy). The only thing the Trustee had me turnover was my tax refund and a small amount of money in my bank account on the day I filed. Otherwise, there has been no mention of any of the other property listed in my petition - no mention that all other property has been "abandoned" for example. Creditors were sent a notice giving them until June 25, 2010 to file a claim against what I assume is the $1,400 I turned over to the Trustee.

Two questions - does this mean all other property is mine to keep and dispose of the way I want? I was on the mortgage and Deed of a house with my ex-husband but our divorce agreement clearly stipulated that I had received my share of the equity three years ago and that he would refinance by June 2010 and I'm not entitled to any additional money - and the Trustee received the divorce agreement. I want to sign a quit claim deed allowinig him to refinance now. Also, if I wanted to sell anything or everything else listed in my petition am I free to do that now? I have sent an email to my attorney but thought I would ask here to see what others think.

Any advice or insight is appreciated!
