Free consult today. We had everything in order thanks to this site. He looked it over and said that it wont be a problem getting us into a 7 even tho we are over the median. He said our mortgage and car payments are high enough to get into a 7. It went too smooth. I know people say to goto more than one consult, but we got an awesome feeling about this guy. He answered every question we had and put our minds at ease. He said in 20 years of doing bankruptcy he has only had one appraisal of assets and that was for a couple who had a 750000 dollar house and said they had under the 3000 of furniture and stuff etc. He said it turned out that they had sold alto of possessions trying to save the house and did in fact were under the exemptions.
