Debtor Verification missing..?

Hi,

My attorney filed an amendment and added some bills that they missed. Immediately after it was posted on pacer that "Notice of Deficiency -Debtor Verification was missing." from the amendment.

My attorney said not to worry about it and took no action. I am nervous about it because by 60 days post my 341 was on 2/25/10 and my case has not been discharged.

What does this type of deficiency mean?
Should I be concerned that this would delay my case?
What is the best way to handle this?

I'm trying to work out what they might be wanting to verify in a chapter 7. Could it be something to do with performing stated intent from form 8? Something to do with a reaffirmation agreement or surrendering property? I may be way off base here. Any more clues from PACER?
