I can't think of any benefit for the petitioner to complete any form like that.

I wouldn't sign anything if the lender sent a repo guy either. I would ask him for a receipt but not sign a single thing.

Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
