    Capter 7 business assets

Thaks for all the responces on my previous thred. had a few questions about business assets. I have my own auto repair business(LLC) in colorado, it is small, I am the only employee. When I file my chapter7 for my privat credit, is the business included? If so, can I include my business credit card? It looks like in colorado I can have 20k in business equipment and tools of the trade. Just wandering if my trailer( $1500 value) that I use for the business is considerd a tool of the trade? also I have an old moterhome ( 1975) that I use for my bathroom and office at the shop since it has no other. Are they going to want it to be sold? It is not worth much, $500-$1000. they are both in my personal name, but for the business. I just never transferd them into the business name. Otherwise I dont have enough equipmeent or tools to worry about.
    thanks

You have exemptions, however your LLC does not. Anything that is owned by the corporation is up for grabs and for sale by the trustee.

If things are in your personal name, but used for business, I wouldn't worry about them. You can probably exempt. But the things in the business name are going to be for sale.

I found this out the hard way too.....

    Good luck.
