one more ss card question

After weeks of asking hubby to make sure he could find it, he can't.
He applied for a new one yesterday, and we are (today) 14 days out from 341.
He told them it was for court, could they "rush it".. yeah right.

THey said he "should" have it, but if not, the 2 pieces of paperwork they gave him (one saying he applied for duplicate, and another of some sort) should work, and we have a ss statement, and of course we have his birth certificate.

WHat do you all think? This is my nightmare, not having everything together for 341.. but here we are.

Also grab together anything else official that bears it. (Does his driver license have it on, for instance?) I suspect that, unless your trustee is very grumpy, then even if you need a continuance to show it, you'll get some brownie points for having tried so hard to prove what it is!

It took us only a week to get ours in the mail. Shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the responses, I am keeping fingers crossed we have it next week.
If not, I'll fly his mother in from another state with her birth scar to prove who he is to avoid a continuance! I'm already going crazy!
