341 meeting mon and trustee has already updated pacer

ok, I had my 341 mon and trustee has already made the statement on pacer
I have no property no cash to distribute and debtor to be fully discharged
it would be a burden to go after assets of debtor, little on no value

so now i just sit here and wait the 60 days right ?

I have to tell you I am really looking forward to February and putting this all behind.
We had a 730 credit rating and it was painful to lose that, but the time had come and we had to C7.

yes, we had it the same day

no funds no asset meands the trustee is saying I have nothing of value to try to sell and no money to come after

(i have no boat in my driveway lol) sorry the two in front of me was trying to hide their boat lol

Yep! were in the same boat as you.
The trusty contacted our layer the day after the 341 to tell him he is not contesting our case. The layer seemed very happy about that so I don't know if that was unusual or not.
