Hi.

I filed Chapt 7 on 10/14/09. I have ny 341 hearing 11/12/09. The pacer says "no asset" but where do I find the MeansNO?

Would I find that after my 341?

Means No If I'm not mistaken means you fail the means test and don't have enough disposable income to fund a 13.

Someone said that MEANSNO means that there is no disposable income, and my form B22A indicates a negative but why does it not say MeansNO on the PACER? Shouldn't it?

MEANSNO is the good flag, means you pass the means test and are not presumed to be abuse.

OK, the question is:

The PACER say "No Assets" but where would I be able to find the MEANSNO flag on the PACER?

Sorry, my speed reading needs work. It will be in "Case Summary" under your case you will see a heading "Flags".

Oh yea...you may also see other flags, search the forums, there are a couple of lists
