    132 Days And No Discharge

    132 days and still no discharge. Should i be worried? Pacer says awaiting discharge. I live in Los Angeles.

    Were you an asset case?

    Call the clerk of the BK court in your district and ask to speak with the case worker assigned to your case. Have your case number handy. That person should be able to explain why the length of time. In our case, we were lacking a copy of our marriage license. Once that was put in the file, we were discharged.
