You are probably looking at a 200 point drop with a Chapter 7, either way it is three years after discharge before you qualify for an FHA conforming mortgage.

Actually it's 2 years after discharge for an FHA mtg. So far I'm down 70 points with all account reporting bk except one. So after discharge I expect to be down less than 100 points from my prefiling score.
