    Questionare From A Trustee

Today in the mail I recieved a questionare from the trustee who is going to be handling the 341 meetings.

It ask if I borrowed money from friends/family in the past 24 months..
I don't know how to answer it, cause I had financial difficulty with my many moves, 3 times in 4 years. And My dad "helped me out".

Also it asked if I transferred any property in the last year over $600...
No but it was more about $300 I sold my baseball cards, and bobbleheads to my cousin. Cause I was distraught looking at them cause they reminded me of my aunt who died at the age of 50. I miss her so much.

I don't want to think I'm decieving anyone but hell the creditors know what I have and don't have. So blah to them cause I only got $200 to my name, and not that much to give.

And I have a no asset case, but I'll be glad to give you things I don't want like t-shirts, and old jeans.

    Be honest.

They are just looking to see if you owed family money and then paid them back over paying back other unsecured creditors. So long as you didn't pay them back -- it was a gift -- or you paid them back as you were paying your unsecured creditors... it is not a concern.

Also for property transferred or sold, they are making sure you aren't hiding any significant asset. Believe it or not, there is Bankruptcy fraud. People will sell an asset for $1 to a close friend or relative so that it is out of the reach of creditors. It's fraud to do so, and they are just ensuring that you didn't sell your $10,000 Micky Mantle card for $1 to someone.

Other than that... it's all about honesty.

Nope I never did pay them back cause of job insecurities.

And No I got a fair value on the bobbleheads but it was close to $300. He wants to know over $600 so I should be good....

I don't know why I'm so nervous cause I know it will go smoothly

As long as the truth is on your side, everything will be ok. Good luck.
