Can I get a new Job?

I am filing a ch7 pro se and will do so here in the next week I believe.

Meanwhile I am looking for a job, if I get one before my 341 happens that would give me enough income to do a ch13, is that any of the trustees business, will they ask, do they ask, what do you say?

The filling is to be based on what is happening now and the past 6 months isnt it.

It is doubtful that you will get a new job and everything in place for the new job accomplished before you file.

However, if you get one before you have your 341, the trustee will ask if there have been any changes in income, you will need to let him/her know. Whether you would be pushed into a 13 is anyone's guess as you don't have this job yet.

I don't think I'll have a job before i file but it is very likely I would before my 341.
