First off...I'm sorry if I'm driving everyone crazy...but I'm just really nervous now and need some help...my atty is not available for every little question and it appears we are quite on our own as our atty has proved unreliable.
As you know if you've been following my story...my schedules were jacked up and I'm doing some research and finding a lot of expenses I'm allowed that my attorney did not include...for example...the IRS national standards for bankruptcy says that we get $60 per person per month for medical/dental expenses above and beyond our insurance premiums without being questioned...that is $300 for my family...because the TT we had seemed to question everything..is really possible..we had $75 down and frankly that is low. This week alone I've had $30 in prescriptions, $75 in copays and $65 to get my son's tooth fixed tha he broke in a bike accident. My dh broke his arm in march and that was a $200 copay that month for the ER, $50 for the specialist who casted him and at least $20 in prescriptions....in feb. dh had a colonoscopy and a stomach scope which cost us $300 out of pocket for the procuedure and countless scripts and copays leading up to that....please let me know thoughts on this?
Also, we had own 1050 for food for 5 people and 200 for clothes and 40 for laundry..well the national standard is over 1600 for my family...so there is over $300 left there...that I know we use on miscelaneous supplies...haircuts, housing supplies and such....
I guess my question is...can I add these expenses now without looking like an idiot for not adding them before? I was just so stupid for trusting my attorney with all of this....I mean, why did I even have an attorney if I could have done all of this myself....what a waste of money...had to give her my last $400 for her to go to court...to sit there like a bump on a log and never say a friggin word while the tt was grilling us......instead of buyin my kids school clothes/shoes.
