hi all,
does anybody know whether if somebody files something by mail, not electronically, will that show up on pacer right away?
for example, if the worst happens and a creditor files an AP, say on day 60, and it reaches the court by mail on that day, would pacer tell me anything about it? or will it depend on whether the clerk got around to it the same day?
i am asking because i don't want to end up celebrating too soon so as not to jinx anything!
(no, my 60 days is not up just yet)
