How fills out the scheules? Me or the Attorney
I am filing soon and I see a lot of people asking about the schedules they are filling out. It that something I will have to do or the attorney? I may get a head start if I have to fill them out myself.

We were handed a package of papers to fill out. Is this what has happened to you? If so, fill out to the best of your ability. You will need your pay stubs, pay advices, bank statements, w-2 forms--anything of the like else you can think of.
