Chap. 7 attorney "forgot" debtor cert.

Ok so the certificate and course you complete after your creditor meeting he "didn't recieve" yet never effin called at anytime nearing the deadline so I could just get it emailed to me, print it and take it to him. Its a headache. ANyway onto my real questions. At some point one of the debtors from the BK filed a judgement against me. I never recieved any paperwork and wasn't formally served. When I have the Course cert, dated years before the judgement, entered and the BK discharged will I be able to recover all the funds garnished from my wages and unfreeze a secondary checking account I have with a grand sitting in it?

how long ago was this?? why didn't you take care of the cert issue earlier??

no, whatever was garnished is gone. i am not sure about funds that are frozen but have not yet been given to the creditor.
