Pacer... reassure me everything is fine

I am getting nervous I am getting close to the end.

Just checked Pacer... Status is awaiting discharge... time in status is 44 days. My 341 was June 5th but Pacer says begin date is 6/8/09.

I hadn't had anything new on Pacer since June 8th and tonight when I just checked GE Money Bank had put in a Request for Notice on the 12th of July.

I have heard nothing from my attorney so I am assuming everything is ok.

Do these creditors have access to my current checking accounts and what is currently going on in those accounts?

Thanks for helping me through my paranoia. I am trying to stay off Pacer and talked myself into checking tonight since I hadn't for a week or so. I just keep telling myself a few more weeks and hopefully this will be over.

Don't worry, no one is going to take anything from your account. The "request for notice" is just GE Money Bank wanting to be kept updated as your BK progresses.

Yes, yes, yes, we have had many of these including notice of change of creditors to make the Matrix address them as CA's. 44 days is too soon to fret. We were six months (asset case) with no advice from our 'super lawyer'. This forum was the peace we needed. 'Hub

I should only have 16 more days to go right? Last day for objections is Aug. 4th. So that isn't too far off. Now I realize discharge can go past the 60 days but after Aug. 4th there can be no more objections right?
