Thanks...my 341 is done!

I just got back...it took probably less than 2 mins. My lawyer was concerned given this trustee was one of the hardest and he was worried about my two car values etc.

She asked me the typical questions like everyone else.

1. Your name.
2. Your address.
3. How long have you been unemployed.
4. Is there a mortgage on your house. (yes, but its not in my name).
5. Are the two vehicles insured?
6. Have you ever filed before?
7. Do you have any insurance proceeds or something else you will expect?

And that was it. She said good luck.

So now I guess its a 60 day wait? I gotta take the other debt course and I am going to be waiting for that official discharge in the mail.

Wow that sounds ok, thanks for this post, we go Monday and I pray our trustee is as nice as yours sounds.

Great for you! Ours was yesterday too, and the TT was so easy going, I don't think the man raised his voice one single time. Maybe they are all in good moods on Fridays....
