FINALLY! My trustee filed his Report of No Distribution!
I am so incredibly relieved. I logged on to Pacer this morning and saw that the trustee filed his Report of No Distribution, concluded my 341 (which occurred the first week of April) and requested to be discharged as trustee. I have been waiting two and a half months for this and it feels like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.
I know that I haven't been formally discharged yet, but seeing as though I am already past the 60-day objection period by two weeks, it's only a matter of time before I get the actual discharge (I'm told that it's typically around 10 days after the report is filed).
Anyway, seeing I've been crying and whining about my report for the last month, I thought I should let you all know that it was finally filed. I was hoping for a discharge by Wednesday (my birthday) but I don't think that's going to happen.
