I am filing myself, I have no assests outside of a car which is being included and going back to the lender. The only other debt is credit card. I have no other monies execpt my bi-weekly paycheck which right now barley covers my basic living expenses like rent and utilities and food. I have no savings, no retirement. Is there anything I should watch out for when I file outside of listing all creditors and my other monthly bills? What should I do with the forms that don't pertain to me?

Have you run the means test, or completed form B22A yet?Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Nope
Right now with the car I pay out each month $1350 in basic bills like utilities, rent and car and I only bring home after taxes $1300 a month. Remove the car and I have $300 to pay for food and keep my other living bills current. I have not paid on a CC since Jan, if you took all my CC bills and added them to my bills, paying just the minium payment my monthly bills would close to $1800 a month.
What is form B22A?

I don't think you'll have an issue anyhow. You are certainly under the median income for any State I can think of. I'm assuming your "gross" pas is around $1,600/month or $19,200/annually. That would certainly put you under-the-median anywhere.
That would mean that you don't need to complete the entire Means Test which is the Form B22A (Calculation of Current Monthly Income...). However, just want you to run that means test so that you get an idea of what your "real" (considering the standards and other things) disposable monthly income is.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
