New Creditor Called

A new creditor called to my mom's house and I spoke to them, It's a new attorney for an account I listed on the matrix, but of course I didn't include them because I didn't know about them. What should I do next?

Let them know I filed and give them my case # or amend and include them in the matrix? Help please.

As long as the original creditor was listed, you'll be fine, just give them your case number and attorney info. My attorney charges $175 to add a creditors to the matrix, so if I "forgot" any CAs (and there was a lot to list!), oh well....

My credit report prefiling was filled with the same 8 debts repeated over and over because each of the accounts has been sold so many times.
