If you are going to be paying daycare I understand you can add this to the means test correct? Does it have to be an accredited day care? I have a SIL who will be watching the baby and we are going to pay her 100$ a week instead of the normal 200$ from a real day care.

So long as you have receipts. You need good receipts and if you claimed it on your taxes as well... even better.

However, it sounds like you don't currently have these expenses. Please ask your lawyer about how to deal with "future" expense.
