Hello. I have an asset case where funds have been dispersed to the claimants already and Trustee has submitted his final report but I have a couple of questions.
If a creditor/claimant returns the dividend check to the court/Trustee will they give me that money back? (Reason I ask if because a creditor sent me a letter stating they returned the check because they had no account for my social security number listed.)
Also, I had 1 account with a creditor but they filed 2 claims for different amounts. I pointed this out to the Trustee but it looks like he paid them for both claims. Since there was no objection filed do they get to keep both checks or should I expect them to return 1 of claim's funds to me?
Thanks.
