    married filing alone

We are current on our home and want to keep it. My name is on the deed but not on the mortgage or home equity loan. We're in Michigan. I'm filing alone. Is there a way we can keep our home?

All of my debt is cc debt. I have one vehicle in my name with a loan on it that is also current. We have two other very old vehicles that are in my husbands name.

We have lived simply and don't have any other "toys" or really any other assets that are worth anything. Just normal household items.

Our income is $2700.00 a month from retired husband, and I make about $48.00 a week at a part time job.

Depends on the equity that your state allows you to exempt. What does your lawyer say?
