hey guys ? here iam fileing a 7 right now but belive there going to tyr to push a 13 on me.iam a no asst case current on my home and car.if they try to convert should i just let it get dismissed and refile a 7 later.heres my promble i have as of now i had to take a cut in pay of 2:00 dollers a hour iam over the meadian for the state but when the means was run i passed.but i guess the ust seen somthing he didnt like on my seachdules.also iam not getting any overtime form work.iam about 40,000cc unseacured.i really dont think i could affored a 13 with a high payback.anyone have any ideas bad or good
