    Can I make the trustee take a bunch of my stuff?

    We are a Ch 7 No Asset Case, but I'd really like to have a bunch of old crap cleared out of my apartment and garage. They can have the two cats and all the old clothes that just remind me what a worthless investment they were, and heck, they can take my husband. He's crotchety and ornery, and might actually classify as an antique.

    I want a fresh start that includes a spotlessly clean apartment. A girl can dream, can't she?

    You are welcome to dream. No, the Trustee will not take your stuff, especially if you are No Asset.

    I might consider taking your cats, but for everything else, have a community wide yard sale and get rid of your junk. Good luck to you.

          Post it all on Craigslist , it will be gone in a day or two.


          Or you could offer to send someone in Nigeria a money order for $10,000.00 if they take it all. Works all the time on CL.


          Sell the husband as a sex slave, you could probably get a pretty ruble for him in Russia, or tattoo an online casino ad to his forehead and market the ad space on Ebay, get some value out of him that way.

          I'll take the cats for you, I already have a zoo in my house anyway, two more won't matter much.

                    Chinese restaurant will get the cats, Goodwill the stuff in the garage... As for the husband tell him that you doctor has said the next PMS will last 20 years... He'll be gone by morning.
