I want to keep

Bank account (???? it says none and it says use federal non-bk wage exemption) on system 1 it says 704.070 2700 single 4050 married why on system 2 it doesnt say?

Cash- is there a code for it?


Car (reaffirm- owed $150 more than the value )Motor vehicle to 3300 703.140(b)(2) is what it shows on system 2 , However, Can i use that even though i'm re affirmirming the car? I owe 9550 in my car and the kelley blue book is 9,400 << just a figure

when it says 525 per item is that means if i have 4size household i will multiply it by 4? so then what is the valued exemption it doesnt show in nolo.

I'm assuming since you mention System 2 you live in California I think its the only state with 2 exemption systems.

In system 2 you do not double etc for marriage or number in household.

So for example you can own a stove valued at 450 dollars. Keep in mind these values are the values you would expect to receive if you sold the item as is today in a yard sale.

You owe more on your vehicle than it is worth by what you say, therefore it has 0 equity. Thus there is no exemption to really claim you might claim it has some insignificant value just to cover it just in case. ( I think system 2 allows up to 2775 value to be preserved).

To protect your cash/checking account you'd use the unused portion of your homestead or the wild card.
