Got my paperwork turned in today....

I still need to give my BK lawyer $600 more until they will file, but they wanted the papers ahead of time to get it ready.

Hopefully I will be able to file within the next two weeks and go from there.

My main reason for filing is an old car accident judgement when I was 15.......you read that right, 15.

This hasn't been too painful yet.....but I know it is long from over.
