    How long to get a 341 date set after filing?

    My attorney filed me late last night (electronically I'm assuming). I have a case number, but no word on the 341. I'm dreading the 341 because attorney told me I'm so close to the median (because of a stupid one time bonus last December), that I would definitely have some questions to answer. The good news is I'm well documented on my expenses, and have letters from my company about the fact all raises, promos are frozen at least this year, maybe longer (so hell no, no bonuses).

    I will be happy to get the meeting scheduled, hopefully get through it and put it behind me. I realize it'll be at least a month off from now, but it would be nice to know what day (as no way am I returning to work after that..maybe a stiff drink after..except I can't because I'm pregnant! )

    My attorney filed my case electronically also. About 10 days after that, my attorney called me, plus I received a letter in the mail with the date of the 341 meeting. My case was filed on 5/22/07, and my 341 meeting was on 6/27/07. Are you familiar with Pacer? If you register with Pacer, you can access everything that is going on with your case.
    Filed: 5/22/07; 341 Hearing: 6/27/07;
    Confirmed: 8/13/07; DISCHARGED 4/17/2012

      Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be instant or not, but I guess not really. I will register w/Pacer.

            Go to PACER and sign up: http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/faq.html

            There is a sticky in the General BK section about using Pacer.
            Filed CH 7 9/30/2008
            Discharged Jan 5, 2009! Closed Jan 18, 2009

            I am not an attorney. None of my advice is legal advice in any way..
