I just got discharged (YAY) and have a question regarding priority debt. I listed one debt as priority. It was a small (under $100) amount owed to a city I used to live in for some type of tax they charged. It was owed from 2005/2006. Do I need to pay this or is it discharged since there were no distributions in my Ch. 7? It was sent to a CA if that matters.

Taxes are generally non-dischargeable. If you wanted to discharge it, you would have filed a motion to determine dischargeability of that tax debt.
If it's listed as discharged in your discharge order, then that would mean something.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
