Discharge 17 days ago and still not Closed.

Ok. i got discharged 17 days ago the case is still not closed. When i go to Pacer it says "Awaiting Trustee Report"

Does this mean the Trustee is going to write a report and will than get my 2008 taxes or could the trustee be wanting more informations.


Any help would be appreciated. thanks.

I was discharged 2/19 and it hasn't closed yet-mine is waiting on the "Report of No Distribution" and I'll bet yours is as well. I was worried about this as it seems most people get this filed right after their 341. My attorney says it's probably no big deal-just clerical. We'll see.
