    341 is done!!

    We had our 341 meeting on 12/23, and it was a piece of cake! The other couples in front of us got us really nervous, but once we were up there, it went very smooth, 3 or 4 mins, and about 6 questions. The trustee drilled the couple in front of us, since they had $30K sitting in a savings account, and didnt really have a "reason" why. I told my wife, ours will go smooooooth, since we did not have any hidden assets, and nothing to hide.

    We are very happy to have it over, since my wife is due to have our 4th baby in the next few weeks. 3 boys, and it's a GIRL!! Finally!

    Anyways, thought i would share, and now i can sit back, and relax, and enjoy the new baby!!!

        I also had my 341 on 12/23, so glad it's over! i did the paperwork myself using a online company that prepared my papers and everything went well, and no lawyer to pay! Now have 2 months till divorce is final and waiting for foreclosure on home to start, what a year...Hope 2009 will be better!
