Explaining how I survive to the trustee....

I have been unemployed for the last 6-7 months. I filed accelerated Ch. 7 on Nov. 24 in order to stop the foreclosure sale of my house. I am going to lose my house because I won't be able to keep up with the payments and I am fine with that. I am turning in the rest of my paperwork on Monday.

I have been surviving on doing painting jobs for family members and selling stuff on ebay.

Should I expect to get questions from trustee during 341 about how I have been paying essentials without a job and barely any money in the bank??

Also, do I need to report things such as painting for family or ebay sales on my schedules or income reports??

The trustee has seen it all before.You won't be the first unemployed person to file bk. Dount the question will even be asked.
Why on earth did you file to stop foreclosure when you couldn't afford the house anyway? You filed way to prematurely. WHat happens if you have a serious illiness post bk and now, you can't discharge any medical debt? I'd wait until I had a job with some health insurance benfits before filing.

I sorta agree with keepmine. Maybe you can do something to throw your bk until you really need to file because right now it sounds like you are judgment proof (with no job).
