Are you moving to a new state? Because if you are, you must file in the state you were residing in before you moved. I am not positive, but i am sure someone else with more experience can answer that question. Goodluck.

I use to live in FL for 3 years as a state resident and still hold a valid FL DL. Am I still considered a resident even though I worked in NJ for the past year?
