Well, my husband and I have decided not to sign the reaffirmation agreement. There are too many inconsistences with the balance and the monthly payments. We're just going to let it drop.

If the finance company calls us, then we'll speak with them about it.

I decided not to sign reaffirmation because I felt it might mess up the Chapt. 7 discharge. I spoke with the cu today and they want to work with me. (Even they they really tried to talk me into signing) I said this is not a possibility. Anyway, I'll know for sure tomorrow but it looks as if they will give me 4 months to pay full balance and keep car without signing at WHOLESALE cost...saves me almost $5,000...they're running it by VP...i'll let you know.
